Never sacrifice test accuracy. Accurate tests are the bedrock of a trustworthy suite. Once accuracy is locked in, trade off completeness against speed based on your tolerance for production failures. A fast, complete suite with poor accuracy is worse than no suite at all, because it teaches developers to ignore test failures.
